Where are the igloos located?
Igloos are located on our temporary patio located on 9th Street by our front entrance.
How many people fit in one igloo?
We have 5 igloos that fit up to 8 people.
How do I make a reservation?
Book online through our website or OpenTable or book over the phone by calling 463-777-5778.
Are kids allowed in the igloos?
Yes.
Does everyone in my party have to eat or drink?
No, but each igloo has a minimum spend. Up to 8 guests may join you in your igloo as long as you meet the minimum spend.
Are igloos heated?
Igloos come equipped with heaters, but we recommend you still dress for an outdoor climate. Please do not adjust heater settings or tamper with power. Ask your server for assistance.
What is the season length for the igloos?
Our igloos will be available until March 2026, weather dependent.
Is there a time limit for igloo reservations?
All igloo reservations are 2 hour increments.
Pricing:
- No rental fee, but instead a required minimum spend of $400 (not including tax & gratuity) is required to reserve the igloo. This applies to food, drink and merchandise purchases.
Booking Fee:
- A $50 deposit will be taken at the time of your online reservation in order to officially reserve a date. This will go toward your reservation total bill.
- This deposit can be refundable if cancellation is received within 2 weeks prior to your reservation.
- Courthouse Club Leadership must be contacted directly for all cancellations, 463-777-5778
- All strollers, wagons, etc. must be left outside of the igloos
Food:
- Guest will have access to all regular menu items + specials
Drinks: Bar Service Options:
- Guest will have access to full bar service.
Additional Policies & Procedures:
- All details such as special requests or questions must be finalized two weeks prior to the date of the booking.
- No outside food or beverages are permitted in the igloo with the exception of a celebration cake.
- Guests will have the igloo for 2 hours. After the 2 hours, guests will be asked to exit the igloos so the igloos can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for the next reservation.
- Absolutely no smoking inside of the igloos, this includes e-cigarettes/vaping.
- No open flames, confetti or glitter allowed.
- If any damage occurs, including use of glitter or confetti, the host will be held responsible for the costs.
- Igloos will be heated to the best of our ability, but they are still located outside! Please dress appropriately.
The Courthouse Club reserves the right to modify any and all reservations due to but not limited to weather, safety of staff/guests, double bookings, etc. If the Courthouse Club has to cancel a reservation, a full deposit refund will be issued to the host. This decision will be made by The Courthouse Club and is not contingent on guests’ requests.
